Spotting after sex and dull ache lower abdomen

The past couple times I’ve been having sex with my partner I’ve spotted a bit afterwards & having a dull achey feeling in my lower abdomen. I’ve had an EP(ectopic pregnancy) before & this worries me but I just recently had my period the 1-5 of March. Could it be that I will be ovulating in a couple of days? Could it be something to worry about ? Can someone give some insight please?
