Miscarriage? 6 weeks 3 days - 1 Time Bleed .. False Hope ..

Maybe someone can give some possible advice

Sorry if it’s long

Last Monday I was sent for blood work @ what I thought was 5 weeks and 3 days

During that week on Thursday night I had tan brown/brown discharge when I wiped,

Friday night after I had the brown discharge again but a little more this time,

The following morning I woke up with a bleed, this time brown & red; completely devastated I went to the ER

I found out I had O Negative blood And received the rhogam shot for the precaution of bleeding and any complications that could occur

There a sac was located but nothing else seen on a u/s

My hcg levels were 10 000 on Monday & then 23 000 on Saturday :( ...

Yet again it was a one time bleed literally stopped within an hour and back to the tan/brown discharge off and on, only when I wipe.

They said my levels weren’t bad and wanted to bring me in the following Monday to see if they could see anything else.

Today at 6 weeks and 3 days, 1 week after my first blood work,I had a u/s & no heartbeat/ fetal pole was detected, only sac and yolk sac.

They called a prenatal specialist at a main hospital in the city and was informed to come back in a week for blood work and another ultrasound..

this is super confusing..

I’m 26 with my first pregnancy, this is an emotional roller coaster..

I’ve kind of lost hope of anything on the ultrasound, just wondering if anyone had any similar situation & what their outcome was?
