Major Boy Trouble!

So, there’s this freshman that goes to my school and recently we’ve started talking. The first day we did, he seemed really cute and funny, so I gave him my number- huge mistake.

He texts me CONSTANTLY and every time we’re near each other, he has to be practically ON me. He won’t even leave me be on the bus!

A bit ago, my school has this party. He’s behind the snack bar, but he doesn’t know that I know this. I’m sitting a couple feet away from the snack bar at a table with my friend, and she tells me that every time she looks up, this freshman is staring at me- and it gets worse! He then starts to text me and I’m not even 20 FEET away from him! Stuff like, “Hey,” and “Wyd?”

I’m stuck here, I don’t know how to deal with him, all I know is that I need to deal with him. What do I do?
