HELP!!!

I think I’m pregnant. Its been a week since I had sex.... he used a condom and it wasn’t intense. It didn’t go all the way, pulled out when needed. I’m so very scared I’m not ready to have a baby in me. A baby in general. I’m tooooo young. (don’t ask my age) I was spotting two days after and it scared the hell out of me.. I’m showing many symptoms; bloating, fatigue, high appetite, cravings, hormones everywhere. I start my period in two days... I’m stressed to the max. Someone help
