implantation bleeding/uncertainty

hi my names Brittany I've been ttc for about 6 years. My obgyn wouldn't listen so finally I found one that did and comr to find out my oldest was too big to have naturally and messed alot of things up so now my new obgyn has me on 3 different meds and I am on my 18th cycle day. last night I was cramping a little it went away. this morning when I wiped there was one spot of blood. went to the bathroom 3 or 4 times after that and nothing and then about 530 I went again and there was a little more blood now again nothing. Has any one experience this? I dont know if this is a good thing or bad! don't want to get my hopes up but i am nervous and scared right now... lots of dreams about pregnancy I don't know if that really means anything!
