What is this?

Hey guys, I’m in need of some opinions here. I had a baby two months ago, bled for 8 weeks afterwards, and then it stopped. I haven’t gotten my period back yet. Recently when I go to the bathroom I’ve had blood tinged mucus when I wipe. I have to wear a panty liner because the mucus is constant, but the blood isn’t.

It’s just little flecks like this here and there. The discharge is also in resemblance of my mucus plug before birth, sometimes it’s more elastic and sometimes it’s more watery. Theres no smell, no irritation. I’m wondering what it could be? Thanks!

Edit: I did take a pregnancy test and it came back negative.
