HELP !! PLZ COMMENT

So i have a serious problem i have these ulcer type things on both sides of my

vagina they pop up in the same spot every time they start as long raises under the skin then they open up into an open sore i don’t know what they could be and haven’t been to the doctor yet. Please any input would help I’m really shy and I’m scared to go to the doctor because I’m embarrassed. PLEASES
