Mastitis?

Question

I'm a FTM and looking for a little advice before I call my doctor. Just today I noticed there were certain spots on both of my boobs that felt like bruises when they're touched, but no redness on either one. I just checked my temperature and I have a small fever, I all of the sudden just felt like I'm starting to catch something. Is there anything else to look for? & does having it cause any problems with breast feeding?

Sounds like the start of mastitis.. I’ve had it 4 times.. continue to breastfeed, even more so and massage it while you do to try and clear the clogged duct. If it gets worse go to ER and get antibiotics. Iborofun helps

well I had mastitis 2 times.  my son is 9 months old now though but I had a fever,  cold chills,  engorged boob's, I didn't even have nipples anymore they blended in with my boob's and I couldn't breastfeed I had to pump.  OMG is was painful and I almost passed out.  I. breastfed my son Nolan for 3 months and then bam mastitis so I ended up stopping.  called my OB and I had to get on antibiotics.  I ended up getting again trying to stop cold turkey so DONT DO THAT.  I made so much milk I couldn't keep up but I do plan on doing again I'm pregnant 4 weeks with baby #2 so I'm nervous.  but definitely you'll need antibiotics.  and you will have to relief some pressure cold compresses.  I would say shower but the let down is real

So, I had cellulitis not mastitis of the breast but it stared out feelinf like I was bruised.
I would go into urgent care
