Going on a plane with formula fed baby

I only breastfeed once a day, I’m getting toward the end but my baby and I will be visiting family and driving back down to NC.

Anyway, how can I pack formula and water with me? How did y’all change diapers on the plane?

It’s not an extremely long flight - 3 hours so I need formula just in case.

I normally buy the 20oz enfamil infant formula and I know they sell individual packets, should I buy those for the flight?

Sorry I’m just nervous about the regulations and I don’t want expensive formulab to be thrown out because it’s not allowed on the plane. Thanks!
