stabbing pain? please respond asap

im 17, and a FTM. and i cant talk to my mom about any of this because i made the choice to move out... but anyways, I'm 30+5 weeks and whenever I have the urge to pee, i get this stabbing pain in my vagina. anyone know what this is? I Googled it and it said that it was a sign of dilation. but I can't be dilating I'm only 30+5 weeks! I've also been leaking what I think is just vaginal discharge because it has a odor and is kinda yellowish/milky white. and another thing is I feel nauseous and shaky and my stomach feels empty a lot of the time even when I eat. I've started drinking more water though.
