belly binder?

does anyone have any pictures of the belly binders that they used that helped them? im a little over 2 weeks pp but my belly is still hanging low so my incision is still feeling really sore any tips for that too?

Hospital gave me one that I liked better then what I bought.  Just plain white boring.

I got one from my hospital after my csection! but they have cheap ones on amazon. mine is just basic and white nothing fancy. they all do the same thing lol

I am going to use my moby wrap to bind my belly instead of buying a binder. You can look up how to videos on youtube. There is a specific one called the bengkung belly bind but there are easier ways. The pros of doing it this way instead of with a binder, is you can do it from your hips to under your bra for more support. You can adjust it to your specific shape,size and needs as your body changes. Also if you already have a baby wrap you dont need to buy the specific cloth they use. Doing it this way can help with diastasis recti as well. Also you can use it after a csection you just have to wait till you are like a week or two past the surgery.

I bought a belly bandit but it ended up hurting more than helping. Try compression leggings with a high waist!
