Hi all. Im used to working out everyday and have been nervous to since I got pregnant. Now at 4 weeks 6 days im feeling comfortable going back to the gym. I always pictured myself being as fit as I could during pregnancy but I dont want to over due it. Im thinking 30 minutes cardio keeping my heart rate 110 or below and light weights for my legs and arms. Anyone else have suggestions?
