I think my nipple piercings are healed? Opinions?

Hello! So as the title says, I THINK my nipple piercings are finally healed! Since these are my first piercings I'd like opinions from ladies who have had them longer. I've been pierced since late August, clocking in at just under 7 months. Now when I shower every day I don't have any discharge, when I shower every other there my be a little, and when I'm lazy and go three days between showers there's always a little bit of crusties clean. I know they're considered healed when there's no more discharge from the piercing site but I'm not sure weather to judge that on a 1, 2, or 3 day shower gap. I'm still disinfecting them with a saline wound wash every morning and night. Thanks!

E: I'm not looking to change my jewelry, maybe some light nipple play but no mouths yet
