If you spotted after sex (first time) how long did you wait to have sex again?

Or masterbate?

Currently 9 weeks and 6 days.

I spotted after having sex for the first time. The dr told me to wait until my next apt and I did. Still have not had sex and it’s been probably 3 weeks.

However I did orgasim by clit play and spotted then, too. That was probably 2 weeks ago.

How long did you wait to have sex or masterbate (just clit play) after you spotted?

I’m just nervous - any blood freaks me out.

Should I wait to do any of the above until 12 weeks?

I don’t know what to do.. and do not want to cause any serious problems for a few min of self pleasure
