IS THIS NORMAL???!!?

HELP so I’m 18 and I’ve NEVER came before no matter how hard I try. It’s literally so annoying even by myself I just can’t seem to get there, I’ve tried vibrators, the faucet, shower head, you name it. I’ve had a few sexual relationships as well and just nothing works. I also kinda hate the feeling on my clit?? Idk when I try with the faucet and shower head it’s just uncomfortable (only slightly feels good but it’s just not worth it to me) I hate the feeling I get in my legs and feet.
