Which birth control?

So i have an apt in a week to see my GYN. I wanna go back on birth control but I don’t know which one to pick. I know they all have their side effects and they’re good points. Which is best?

I have been on the depo, the implant in the arm and now nuvaring.        -the depo- i liked, I didn't again weight on at all actally lost weight, periods were once every 3 months. only thing I didn't like was the shot. my hip would hurt for days after so id have to pick the side I wanted it on carefully.         -the implant- i hated with a passion. I gain 30+ pounds was on it for almost the whole 3 years. period/spotting all the time. mood swings were bad.   felt like I was going crazy on it.         -nuvaring- i love it do far** only been on it for two months. I skipped my period tho which is nice. only gotta change it out once a month, I can't feel it either.    those are my experiences on the bc i have tried but every one is different. I never tried the pill cuz I wouldn't remember every day to take it, only switched to the nuvaring becuase I have pcos and the nuvaring has 2 hormone in it and the implant and depo only have one.
