Is this cheating ?

okay so I’m asking for a friend so I can show her this because she is being stubborn. Her boyfriend went to that rave Beyond these last 2 days, hardly texted her at all (reasonable I guess). My friend didn’t want him to take any drugs (Molly), Bc she finds that a big turn off when her significant other does drugs. 
Long story short, today he asked her if she wanted him to be straight up w her about the rave. He said he danced with another girl & “felt her up” & took a pill. 
This is cheating right ? Let me know your thoughts. My best friend had this whole life ahead w him planned & she finds it hard to leave him.

Mmmmm I don’t really see it too much as cheating, but it’s not ok. NOW the relationship with them isn’t well known for me Bc i don’t have too much info, but if he is usually a great bf and they have a strong relationship then it can be worked through. HE DID TELL THE TRUTH. So that counts for something, now weather that was the only thing he did, IDK. Had this ever been a thing before? Also, she gotta understand, she can’t tell ppl what to do, maybe she doesn’t like something, that’s ok, but ppl are gunna do drugs if they wanna do drugs. 
It doesn’t make them bad for doing them, but I can see why she could eat worried. Also does she honestly even trust him? Idk this one is hard.  I would dump him if I couldn’t trust him and he always made it hard for me to, but if this was a one time thing and our relationship is strong for the most part, we will work past it and he will need to get my trust back for sure.

I would consider it cheating, or at least betrayal of trust both by dancing with and feeling up another girl, and doing drugs when she explicitly asked him not to. How does she know he didn’t actually hook up with her, and just told her he felt her up so she’d think that was all that happened? Even if he was being totally honest, he still betrayed her trust, confessing afterwards doesn’t change the fact that he decided to do it in the first place.
