Dreamt of having a sonogram after Miscarriage

So a few nights ago I dreamt I was at the doctor getting an ultrasound/sonogram. In real life I recently had a miscarriage two weeks ago. In my dream, I had a (random) friend go with me to the doctor to confirm my miscarriage only to find out on the US that I was still pregnant and even further along. I was in shock and confused but so happy because I got to see my baby. We are wanting to try again for another baby. This was my first pregnancy. What do y’all think this dream could mean or symbolize?
