tell your work you where pregnant? i havent told mine yet wanting to get into second trimester only told our moms our children and my oldest sister and my best friend i had a mc in Oct so I'm just worried about saying something and having to take it back again...I didn't tell my work in Oct it was an early MC

I told my work when it was necessary. For my first in the job I was at when I found out that was around 4-5 weeks because I was emotional and overworked and in and out of hospital with bleeding etc. ended up quitting around 6 weeks because I felt the stress was affecting the pregnancy (I was right but baby was fine once I quit) 
I then had 6 weeks off and got another job and told them at the interview. They appreciated it and put me on casual so I had flexibility in hours for appts etc. worked for everyone and I can go back there when I go back to work 
Not working now but just decide when is best for you. If it’s not affecting your work and easy to hide then no issue. If you’re constantly sick an explanation can go a long way to avoiding issues. Either way you don’t have to tell everyone. Only those that need to know at that point in time
