Almost 6 weeks and a dull backache.

So I will be 6 weeks on Thursday, my first appointment isn’t until April 10th. I’ve been pregnant before but it was almost 7 years ago so I don’t remember my symptoms much. Today I’ve been having a dull backache in my lower right side. It’s definitely bearable, it’s more annoying than anything. No major cramps, no spotting or anything like that. But I’m overly worried about everything at this point. Did anyone else have a dull almost a tight muscle like ache in their early pregnancy?
