How do I get rid of gym anxiety?

I’ve been starting to workout at the gym almost everyday, like anyone I have my good days and bad days. My bad days are mostly caused when my anxiety goes through the roof because I’m constantly trying so hard but I continue to doubt myself or compare myself to the other girls. I’m proud of myself for even starting this journey and I’ve already been seeing a little bit of progress in only two weeks but I just feel like I’m being so hard on myself. Does anyone else go through this?!
