Advice
So my 7 month old has a strong gag reflex. We're introducing to some foods in small pieces. He does well, gnaws on them, moves them around with his tongue but then spits them out. It's like the second the food gets to the back of his throat he will hold it there instead of swallow so he then gags. Any suggestions on how we can help him with this? is it just a gets better with time and keep trying situation?
