Good vitamins to take while working out.
Okay, I’ve been dieting for almost two months now and working out well when I posted my progress pictures to Facebook people kept telling me to make sure I take vitamins daily. Here’s a background: I only allow myself 90 carbs daily, no sugar, no sodas( except Coke Zero occasionally) I’m in the gym 5 times a week 3 times a day. What are some good vitamins you would recommend? Thank you 😊
