Overweight and overwhelmed.

Kaitlyn

Been big since I was little. Now, 23, I’ve come face to face with some of the reasons why and I feel like I need some kind of extra push to get myself started on a weight loss journey. I get tired very easily. I work 40 hours a week and have injuries due to the stress of my weight and minor accidents when I was younger. I keep making excuses for myself. I have lost some weight but not enough to really feel a difference. What can I do? I have thought about documenting my journey but I’m not the kind to put my issues so close in front of myself. I have cut back on some of my bad eating habits. I started eating earlier and I try to get more walks in but in all honesty, I’m lazy. How do I kick myself in the ass and get that motivation? What are some low stress work outs I can do? Is going to a gym really worth it? Need advice! 😣

UPDATE:

Thank you, guys for the responses! It is appreciated. I’ve lost about 40 pounds just by changing my eating habits so to add your suggestions it should definitely help.
