Losing weight

Hey Ladies...

I’m thinking about starting a diet or some type of meal replacement along with exercise to start getting back in shape..i’m 198 pounds(😓😓😓) i used to be around 178-179 but these past few months have been so stressful the weight is steady coming on and its hard to tell because im really tall( i’m 5’11)

I hear alot about flat tummy tea and detox things but any suggestions? I know every body is different but do you guys have any suggestions for me?
