Healthy food
My husband and I have decided to start eating healthier and trying to lose weight together. My problem is, I am SUPER picky about my food. Most “health” foods, I’m not a fan of. Especially when people suggest avocados, salmon, kale, sweet potatoes, eggplant. I don’t like any of these things that are supposed to be super healthy for you. I’m a steak and potatoes kinda girl.
So, does anyone have any suggestions for healthy recipients that don’t include the typical “healthy foods”? Or, if you have lost a lot of weight, what kind of things did you eat to help? Help a girl out! 🤦♀️🥑🤢
