MY BOSS WONT PAY ME MY MONEY?!! UPDATE

Hi guys, 
I wasn't sure where to post this and literally don't know what to do.
I worked for this construction company that I was cleaning for. About 2 months ago they didn't pay me $150 out of the $400 they owed me so I sent them multiple emails and STILL no response. Keep in mind my father and mother were also working there which is how I got the job. Now a couple months later they STILL just ignore me. I'm wondering what do to at this point? Cleaning was hard work and that's about 8 hours of my time. It really pisses me off that they think they can just ignore me and not pay me but then pay my parents. Any advice plz?? I'm 18 and I'm sure that's why they think they can take advantage of this situation. I just ended up quitting because we all found out our boss was falsely charging the company we had a contract with and when the apartments caught on they cut the contract with us. Basically my parents lost there job but I stopped working before the apartments acted on it. 
What should I do? How can I get my money?
Also what I forgot to mention.. my parents JUST got there checks yesterday.. I just didn't get mine.

Call a lawyer. Honestly, it sounds like you probably won’t get your money. Especially if there was what sounds like fraud involved with your company.

We're talking about $150 here? 
How much are you worth an hour?
How much of this mess is worth your time in dollars, and how can you be utilizing that for making more money?
I get the principal of it, but is getting a lawyer like other ladies here are suggesting here in this particular case worth the time and money? 
I love that you want to fight back for what you deserve is yours, but sometimes we get fucked over by others and we have to have good discernment case by case - is it worth my time in dollars or did life just give me an invaluable lesson?

It's against the law for them not to pay you. Send them one more email,  documenting how much they owe you, when they owed it to you, and then give them a (reasonable) deadline. Tell them that if they do not pay you, you will go to the police, go to the state, and report them. if you can cc multiple people on the email, do it.
I had to do this when my boss didn't pay me several hundred dollars. I didn't have to go to the state. The threat of a lawsuit and being unable to do business was enough to convince them that it was important to pay me.

I had a similar situation. Lost my job and didn’t get paid $1k they owed me. They ignored my emails, hung up on me and all. I showed up in person and claimed my money. They asked me to wait two weeks and I’d get it. I waited, and just ended up ignored again. I showed up AGAIN and demanded my money and finally got it. Now I’m dealing with the fact that he refuses to send me my w2 so I had to get in touch with the irs. People suck sometimes. :|
