pregnancy symptoms?

so i’ve been ttc for almost 3 years because I have pcos. I use to be so upset by not getting pregnant like other girls so I stopped worrying & just started having fun with my SO. For the past couple of weeks (not sure how long), I’ve had some cramping here & there, I’ve felt nauseous at random moments & times, I just got rid of a UTI & before then I had been peeing so much. I’m constantly hungry. I’ve been taking so many naps. I’ve been moody & kinda mean. I had some really light spotting & more mucus. I have a pregnancy test waiting for me but i took one a week or so ago & it was negative. Should I test anyways?
