chance of pregnancy?

okay ladies so I’m just hear looking for your opinions. my boyfriend and I are not in the position rn for a child so I’m hoping you’ll agree with me that I’m most likely not pregnant to calm my nerves but give me your honest opinions please. so my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex the day my period ended and he pulled out but some of his cum got on my leg and when he was wiping it away I’m nervous that he may have wiped some of it towards my vagina. my predicted ovulation is the 30th and my period ended the 15. so day sperm did somehow come into contact with my vagina or get in my vagina wouldn’t it die by the time ovulation occurred since sperm only lives 3-5 days?? not looking to be pregnant so please help to calm my nerves but I’d like your honest opinions. ty.
