Generally, I think it would be in your best interest to have a car and learn how to drive just so you don’t end up feeling trapped, like you can’t do anything. I would imagine much of your income would go to rent and bills, so Uber might not be the best option. But if you think you can swing it, that’s totally up to you. Why not give it a try?

I did this and he taught me to drive now I have my full and am independent
