Plan b !!

So i took a plan b on the 13th of this month, I’ve been spotting since the 15th, i mean like dark spotting ( which yes i know that means it’s probably previous blood ) and also bright blood, it doesn’t have a period smell, and it doesn’t fill up pads but fills up panty liners. I’m not sure if this would count as my period? It’s now Day 8 of this, and I’m just now getting sore boobs and dizziness, i generally get my period on the 26th of the months, it’s always consistent and I’m not sure if the spotting is implantation bleeding or if it’s just spotting from the plan b, and sore boobs are always a sign of my period coming up, so does this mean I’m going to end up getting my period at the end of the month or is this just another symptom of plan b because i know it’s listed as one? Someone please give feed back- I’m 19, my boyfriend and I’s condom broke so it wasn’t on purpose at all, and I’m not on birth control. The spotting has just been going on for so long it’s freaking me out, i know spotting is a symptom but it’s gone on longer than a period.
