Sleeping
I’m sure everyone is in the same boat by 34 weeks! But I’m looking for some suggestions.. I can’t sleep because my hips are KILLING me. I toss and turn all night because I can only lay on one hip/side for so long before it feels like I got smashed with a sledgehammer 😂. I use pillows between my legs, sometimes a thin one under my belly to tilt me backwards a little bit, and one behind my back for support. (These seem most comfortable for me.) however, I don’t know how to help the discomfort of laying on my side... I think I’m gonna have to resort to the couch 😖
