I’m so confused.

I’ve been on my birth control pills for Over a year now so my periods are always regular. Well last month I was diagnosed with strep throat so I took the antibiotics they gave me, I always missed one BC pill but doubled up the next day. Turns out my what I think is my “ period” came two weeks early but wasn’t my normal 7 day period. Then when the time I was supposed to have my period which was the end of the month I only bled for a few hours. And then it stopped. Since then I’ve been sooo moody, nauseous, tired, peeing all the time and using the restroom 24/7, emotional, and waking up sweaty during the night when I sleep. And have low grade temperature. And bloating all the time and hungry all the time. Any advice please ??
