Period pains

Do you ever have periods where it is just constant pressure on your lower abdomen??

Honestly feels like my uterus is 10 times it’s size!

I have never had anyone to talk to about my periods since no one in my family has them. I do have one half sister who has pcos or pocs I forget. My real mom had endometriosis

My gynecologist just throws my on birth control and it causes me to have 2 periods so I have been trying to find a new gynecologist but wait for a opening is so long I just want to know what’s wrong. I feel like I’m about to explode.
