Af due today

so Af due today i had cramps and a little bit of very light spotting yesterday but i thought too late for implantation woke up this morning the spotting has stopped so confused is my body playing tricks?? i had a bfn on Tuesday at 11 dpo i am 15 dpo today have not been able to get out to buy some tests going to wait a few days to test also Thursday i woke up with sore throat stuffy nose and a coldsore witch i thought was odd anyone had simaler symptoms or am i just coming down with something?
