Bleeding?

So last night when i got out of the shower my V started to feel like if i had an itch so i said hmm when to the restroom peed and felt something it was white mucus so after that i felt down there again and wiped it was bright red blood and not a lot maybe just the wipe and it came out for 3 wipes after that i got rosey pink and then it just stopped im sorry for all the info but there is slight cramping here and there but no more bleeding.. i called e.r they said there was nothing they can do if my body wanted to miscarry im scared.
