Severe cramping and clot bleeding

I think I’m having a miscarriage. I went to the er today bc of bleeding they did ultrasound and saw a sac but no fetal pole 😔 I’m 7 weeks today. Hcg was 3429. Should be higher. I’m so sad. I wish you ladies a healthy pregnancy. 💕 it’s just not my time 😢
