Early pregnancy: safest skin care products that won’t break the bank!

Hello all! Looking for products safe to take while pregnant:

Face wash, facial moisturizers, lotions and body wash brands. I’ve been looking online and it always show expensive products that may/may not work. Anyone use cetaphil or something similar that I could buy from a target or drugstore, Walmart area?

I currently use the Clinique line, but since having found out of my BFP, I’ve been cautious. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
