Sex during TWW......

Is it safe? I am 7 dpo today and my DH and I had sex today. I orgasmed (sorry TMI). And now I am reading that it can be unsafe for implantation and cause it to possibly not happen. I have given up so much during TTC, do we really have to give up having sex as well?! So tired of don't do this and don't do that blah blah blah. And really tired of being so worried about everything. Just want that BFP so badly... any insight?
