Gross skin irritation down there along panty line

It’s embarrassing but I have this skin irritation along the inside of my legs where my panty line is down there... I can’t figure out what to google to see what will treat it but it’s itchy, red, the skin looks gross (kinda flaky and dying), clear discharge and has a strange kind of metallic smell. Not sure where to turn as I am currently between doctors. I’m assuming it’s from sweat and wearing pads post pregnancy (only 3.5 weeks postpartum). Help!! Any one else ever have this?!
