It's been a little over 4 weeks since I had a C section. I've been to see my OB once and sex wasn't discussed so I haven't been "cleared" per se. But my husband is antsy and I just don't know if I'm physically or emotionally ready to yet.

I had C section 3 weeks ago. You're supposed to wait at least 6 weeks and after you've been examined by your doctor. 
There's other things you can do besides intercourse. I wouldn't rush or risk getting an infection.

Don’t do it, you’re not healed yet. Plus if you’re not ready then definitely to have him pressure you.

If you feel confident that you are fully healed and emotionally ready then do it. I waited 7 weeks. There are “favors” you can do in the meantime if you chose to wait. My husband has never refused a blowjob 😂

6 weeks when I was cleared by my doctor. 6 weeks is not a long time at all. Your husband is more than capable of allowing your body to heal and waiting for that clearance.

i started having sex after i stopped bleeding. which was probably 3 weeks pp. it didnt hurt and my incision was healing well. if you do have sex AVOID PREGNANCY, Use protection. getting pregnant soon after a csection i believe raises your chances of complications. i got pregnant 4 months after and miscarried because my body wasnt healed yet.
