Pulled muscle during labor?
Has anyone pulled a muscle in their back from pushing during delivery? I’m 3 weeks postpartum and have been experiencing terrible back pain in one spot since the day after delivery. It’s sometimes like a spasm. I spoke with an OB about it and she brushed it off and didn’t really give me an answer.
