IUD is making me a crazy person

Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do? I’ve had the Mirena IUD for over a year now , loved it other than like a 10lb. weight gain. But the last 4 months I’ve had the PMS symptoms from hell. I’m talking sore breasts, acne (never had it this bad), migraines, cramps that last ALL NIGHT (literally I had two cramps last month that lasted for about 8 hours apiece, thought I was dying). Then this month, cue the breakouts and.... BAM crying jags. I’m talking like sobbing, severely depressed bouts where I don’t know what’s wrong or why it’s happening. I do have depression & take meds for it but this is a whole other animal. Next thing you know I got my period today. SO has been super sweet, but he doesn’t know how to help except hold me and feed me m&ms.; I didn’t have these problems off the IUD, just slightly heavier periods.
