Nexplanon 🆘

I’ve have my nexplanon for over a year now and so far it’s been great with little side effects, but as of lately(2 weeks now) I’ve been overly emotional, my nipples/boobs are extremely sore and sensitive, only once i noticed a dark blood spot on my underwear, nothing heavy just a small spot. I’m wondering what could be making me have these hormonal changes if it could be from my meds from when I had the flu? anyone experience this??
