SAHM..I would like to work at home..

Hello im a mom to a 5 and 10 year old. Ttc baby #3. I would like to know how some stay at homes moms do it when it comes to trying to help your partner in having a little extra cash. Anybusiness, ideas of how to work at home??? My brain is in blank i cant think what i like to do best, or if i have any skills. Ive always stayed home babysitting my nephews and nieces, and taking care of my kids. But i would like to know what else i can do, or be good at?? Any ideas?? Thank you.
