Mirena missed period

Ok so I’ve had the Mirena IUD for a little over a 2 and half months and usually my periods are pretty regular but this month it’s a week late!! It’s weird though because I’m getting the usual symptoms I get right before it comes like the breakouts, bloating and cramping. But I’m terrified I could be pregnant! I’m graduating from college and literally can not afford a child right now.
