I might have made a mistake

So I have insomnia and no sleeping pills work so I took Advil pm each have a sedative together it's 75mg then an hour later no change so I took a sleeping pill with 25mg of sedative from Costco and two more hot past I took .25mg of lorazepam I was wondering if there could be harmful side effects
