You wouldn’t be able to because people go to Europe and Mexico because the drinking age is lower. It’s not like the Americans wouldn’t be able to drink in Europe or Mexico bc they’re American and not the legal age for their country. The rules apply wherever you go regardless or where you’re from. If you come here to America no ones gonna stop you from drinking but you can’t purchase any drinks. If I wanted to drink before 21 my older friends had to purchase for me. Drink responsibly if you choose to.
