Down syndrome NIPT test

I got blood work at 10 weeks just to find out the gender, not realizing that just because i am 23 I would be excluded from any trisomy issues.

I got a call from my doctor when the panorama result came in stating the odds of my baby having Down syndrome are 9:10, the PPV is 50/50% chance.

I went in for a CvS test where they did an ultrasound and the NT was 1.1mm & nasal bone present.

How likely is it that the panorama test was correct? Does anyone have experience.

I’m waiting for my full karaotype to come in but in the mean time I cannot focus on anything else.
