What were your reasons for being induced?

I am really just curious 🤗 my mom was induced both times, my brother was over due and for me the doctor was going on vacation lmao. I have gestational diabetes so its a possibility for me just cause he could end up being a big baby, but what caused you to be induced?

I was induced at 41+6. My waters went the night before but it never increased the strength/ regularised my contractions

first pregnancy I was induced because I started to show mild signs of preclampsia at 41.5 weeks. I'm fairly certain my new ob will induce me with this one because every appointment she brings up how huge my baby was (9.13) and that we have to make sure this one doesn't get that big. I'm thinking if I'm nearing 40 she's going to try to push me to induce.
